Sacrament of Holy Orders or Vocations to the Consecrated Life
Priests and deacons are ordained to serve the Church through preaching the Gospel, celebrating the sacraments, and ministering to God’s people. Consecrated religious — including sisters, nuns, and religious brothers — dedicate their lives to prayer, community, service, and witness through the vows they profess. Whether serving in parishes, schools, hospitals, missions, or religious communities, they help bring Christ’s presence to others through faith, compassion, and selfless service.
